Born out of barbecuing with the mesquite scraps from Arroyo Design while drinking Scotch, we had the idea to malt over mesquite instead of peat. We wanted to create a product that was a true reflection of the Sonoran Desert. Plastic lid is cheap. One of ours broke way too easily. Only other complaint is that the “chrome” gets so dirty so fast. It would be better in all black, but it’s the price you pay for choosing a cheaper option.
