Although a little heavier than many of our blades, the comfort and balance of the knife feels natural in the hand. With a rockwell hardness of around 63 64, these handmade beauties are designed and made for a lifetime of use. We almost never get these knives

Well made but on the small side. I recommend ordering one size bigger than your usual size
