Schmetterling 2022The Schmetterling or "Butterfly" is a great example of Rob & Derek's creativity and willingness to try new things which were typically not done in the Mosel. This blend of 80% Riesling and 20% Mller Thurgau is beautifully floral and bright on the nose, and then very stony and mineral on the palate. Despite a light 10% abv, the texture is noticeably round and fill the mouth in a pleasant way.

Work great for instant relief of dry mouth.
They work great for a dry mouth. I like them a lot more than the Biotene Dry Mouth Spray or mouth wash. They taste good & relieve the super dryness that occurs due to my low electrolytes. Plus, I can carry them in my purse or to the gym.

Great product!
I get a dry cough from occasional acid reflux and these lozenges have really helped manage a flare up. They really do the job. These are not cough drops per se, but they seem to coat the throat and help keep coughing spells at bay.
