Cocchi Vermouth Di Torino Extra Dry17% ABV Giulio Cocchi founded his distillery in Cocconato, Italy just outside of Turin. It has been owned by the Bava family since 1978 and they still use their estate grapes for the wine base of their Vermouth. This is a silky, textural Dry Vermouth with a fresh and vinous quality that makes it particularly suited to drinking on it's own over ice.
