Made in heavy duty 2"x 2" tube, black powder coated. Screws not included, we recommend #10 wood screws or 1 4" wood inserts. The legs come with adjustable levelling feet. However they can still be used without them as the bottom of leg is flat. The small hole beneath the leg serves a purpose, allowing the release of shot blasting

This thing is cheap trash. The inner ring keeps popping off into the food. If you don't keep it tight, while peppercorns come out. It's going right in the trash where it belongs!
